What exactly do you do as an event planner?
From the first idea to the final teardown, I help you create an event that feels effortless, beautiful, and meaningful. I handle design, vendor coordination, timelines, setup, and all the little details you didn’t even know you needed so you can truly be a guest at your own party.
Do you only do luxury events?
I design events with intention not just with a budget number.
Every celebration is different. Some are intimate and simple. Others are large and elevated. I always work with your vision first, then we align the design with what feels comfortable for you financially.
Beautiful doesn’t have to mean overwhelming.
How far in advance should I book you?
The sooner, the better
Most clients book 3-8 months in advance, especially for weddings and mitzvahs. For smaller celebrations, sometimes we can work with less time but I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date secured.
Do you work with specific vendors only?
I have an amazing trusted vendor network that I love working with photographers, DJs, rental companies, caterers people who show up professionally and care about quality.
However, if you already have vendors you love, I’m happy to collaborate with them. My goal is teamwork, not control.
What makes Event Planet different from other planners?
I’m extremely hands on.
I care about textures. Lighting. Flow. Guest experience. The feeling when someone walks into the room.
I don’t copy Pinterest boards I create custom atmospheres that reflect you. Every event is designed with heart, intention, and personality.
What happens on the day of the event?
You breathe. I handle everything.
I oversee setup, coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, solve last minute surprises (because there are always some), and make sure everything flows smoothly.
You get to enjoy your guests, take photos, and actually experience your celebration.
